In addition to its design and consultancy work, Quiet Rooms Design offers an interfaith ‘Industrial Chaplaincy’ with trained advisers who minister in workplaces to people of any faith or none who need some spiritual counsel.
Interfaith Chaplains
Educated in the major spiritual traditions, interfaith chaplains operate from a non-judgmental position, with respect and reverence for all life. Not affiliated to any church, they work within the code of ethics of the Interfaith Seminary. They have an eclectic and inclusive approach, and work successfully with people who are suffering from stress, bereavement or personal problems that may have come to affect their role at work.
A Welcoming Space
Our pastoral care service provides a welcoming space for those seeking such help within the context of the commercial environment. Totally confidential, it gives people time to talk or pray and also offers, where appropriate, guidance, meditation and /or centering exercises for relaxation and healing.
We offer ad hoc bookings or drop-in slots on a weekly or monthly basis – e.g. half a day per week or one day per month, depending on staff need.
